πWelcome to FY24! π
The Helper Developers have been on fire! π₯π₯π₯ Keep reading below to learn about the new features, improvements, and fixes we've added!
Customer Check-Ins: Phase 1
An important part of account management is to conduct regular check-ins with your customers. A couple of different check-in models are maintained inside of Salesforce and with this release we're starting the process of integrating these activities into Helper.
For Phase 1 of Customer Check-Ins, we've focused on:
displaying all available Check-In entries for an Account
allowing CSSEs to create Renewal Check-Ins
You'll be able to find Check-Ins by opening up an Account and navigating to the new Check-Ins tab.
From here, you'll be able to see available attachments for Renewal Check-Ins, open Check-Ins in Salesforce, and if you are a CSSE the New Renewal Check-In button allowing you to create a new check-in.
Stay tuned as we continue into subsequent phases of development around Check-Ins inside of Helper!
Implementation Plan Email Notifications
While we've worked to make it easy in Helper to identify Opportunities still needing Implementation Plans, we also know that means staying in Helper daily, which is something not all of you do βΉοΈ.
At the request of Theater level SE leadership and to further assist you in meeting these Implementation Plan goals, on Monday, September 18th 2023, we'll begin sending weekly Implementation Plan Notifications directly to you and your manager's inbox.
Click here for details regarding which Opportunities are included and the information you'll receive within these weekly digests. If you've already completed Implementation Plans for all your Opportunities, you'll not receive an email for that week!
Pro Tip: Speed up the process by creating and saving a custom view to show Opportunities missing Implementation Plans. Use the board layout and the criteria listed here to apply Filter Controls. Each week, quickly display and update any Opportunities listed in the email because you've saved a filter to match the notification criteria.
My Tasks Updates
We've updated the My Task view to include the ability to create custom views, apply Filter Controls, and save filters. The functionality is the same as introduced in past releases for My Accounts, My Opportunities and My Product Adoptions. You'll create a custom view, including the desired Filter Controls. Then, set the Filter Controls with the option to save them for future use.
The default view is Upcoming Tasks by Priority with the capability to filter by Task Type and Status.
Easily Launch Expansion Explorer
You always hear the phrase Land and Expand from leadership. But did you know after you land an Account, there is a tool to help you expand further? SaaS Engineering developed the Expansion Explorer tool to identify sales leads within your existing customer accounts based on Pulse and Insights data.
β
To make it easier to look at these potential leads, we've added a link within the Account details view that will take you directly to that Account's recommendations within the tool; no additional searching required!
β
If you're unfamiliar with or want to learn more about Expansion Explorer, check out the #expansion-explorer Slack channel.

Additional Updates and Fixes
π Provided a new link to CS360 Pro, found on the Metrics tab of a Product Adoption, for quick access to the Account's CSAT and NPS scores.
π οΈ When using the default scoping method for My Accounts, Channel SEs will now see Accounts they own within the list.
