We have provided a workaround in Nutanix Cost Governance (Beam) to support HPOC clusters. To make it work as planned, interested parties must follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Create your Clusters/PEs and PCs in the Nutanix Hosted POC Salesforce account using the most recent versions of AOS, NCC, and so on, and ensure that Pulse is enabled.
Request your HPOC via the rx.corp.nutanix.com portal & process; this will automatically deploy your cluster into the Nutanix Hosted PoC Salesforce account.
Step 2: Because internal clusters' Pulse data is discarded, please request that the insights team whitelist your PEs and PCs.
Reach out to @insights-oncall-sre in #insights-cloud-eng and request whitelisting of the UUIDs of your clusters.
Remember, PCs also must be whitelisted for the Categories data
Step 3: Please raise a workflow ticket in the #beam-support channel to be invited to the Beam app, where we have already configured the Nutanix Hosted POC account.
It may take up to 24-48 hours after whitelisting for these clusters to appear in the app. Please bear with us.
