As part of our ongoing goals to improve access to HPOC resources, we are migrating to a single VDI solution and decommissioned Frame on July 29th, 2025.

At the same time, we’re also completing infrastructure enhancements to enhance customer access to the HPOC. Here’s the information you need to know regarding ongoing work this summer.

Parallels Consolidation

We are consolidating our Parallels infrastructure into a single “farm” to create redundancy, increase availability, and simplify environment maintenance. We aim to complete this work by mid-Q1’FY26.

Be on the lookout for more information regarding the migration of existing Parallels resources into the new farm. We’ll detail when each site will be unavailable for maintenance and provide alternatives for access during that time.

Windows 11 Upgrade

We’ll be upgrading our Windows 10 desktop image to Windows 11. Applications currently available in the existing image will be carried over to the new image.

GlobalProtect VPN Expansion

Recently, we replaced our Ivanti VPNs with a single GlobalProtect VPN gateway based in Reno, NV. This has been working for most customers; however, there is an obvious gap for customers in the APAC region, as there are no local gateways.

Our next priority is the deployment of a GlobalProtect VPN gateway in Bangalore, India. We are currently working to procure hardware and have it delivered into the country. Be on the lookout for more communications on this topic. We hope to have this completed during H1FY26.
