This October release includes a new feature to help SEs communicate with the SE Support Team, along with a few updates and corrections to the My Tasks objects.
Remember, you must be on the corporate VPN to visit the SE Support Confluence documentation, and you must log into Helper and authenticate as a user to access links to the in-app support articles.
Integrated SE Support Cases
On November 1st, the SE Support Team will launch a new method of communicating with the field using SFDC Case objects. Collaborating with the SE Support Team, we've made it easy to quickly create and view existing SE Support tickets directly through Helper Accounts and Opportunity Details.
WW SE Support Cases should be operational November 1st.
The SE Support Team created World Wide SE Support Services documentation, including details about their services and how to enter a case through Salesforce.

This feature represents the first kind of Case object we'll be integrating into Helper, but we have ideas for the future regarding other kinds of Cases that could be relevant for the field. We'll share more in the future, so keep an eye out!
Task Reminders
Set reminders on Tasks in Helper, triggering an email with the Task Name, Description, and Due Date. Remind yourself of a upcoming events, such as phone calls, demos, or important meetings with a quick toggle. You choose when you want to be notified. For detailed instructions read the article below:
Additional Updates and Fixes
⚒️ Due to the new changes in Organization structure, we've updated Helper to replace the CSSE job title in certain labels and forms with Associate Sales Engineers (ASEs)
⚒️ Improved the Task modal to properly indicate which fields are required before submission
⚒️ Added the ability to sort alphabetically in applicable list views
⚒️ Added the "Manager Reviewed/Approved" field to the Opportunity Details view
🪲 Fixed an issue where users with large numbers of Accounts or Opportunities could cause the related search fields to hang unexpectedly
🪲 Fixed a bug on the My Tasks board view which caused the Task type to be overwritten when dragging Tasks between columns
