The last few weeks have been a hectic time for us on the Helper team! Last month we put in motion a plan to update and upgrade our application's back-end. This involved a migration of the app to a new home as well as work to restructure bits of the app that needed some love.
After this planned migration, we ran into issues that caused our production server to be unusable for several days. During this time, we worked with Salesforce support to isolate and diagnose the issue. We appreciate your patience during this period and apologize for the disruption of service it caused.
Our production Helper server is back to a healthy state. Users should no longer use our staging server for their daily work as certain data won't be synched between the environments on a regular basis. To report any issues, please reach out directly via Intercom or in the #helper-tool slack channel.
Product Adoption Enhancements
A new updated list layout displays the most commonly used information without opening each Product Adoption object. You don't have to use the board layout to instantly see the Last Modified Date and Days in Stage within the list layout.
You can also view and access the Parent Opportunity data, as well as the Implementation Strategy, under the Region.
Our goal with these changes is to bring important data to the forefront and minimize the time you spend hunting for the information you need. Please let us know if you like the new design! We're open to feedback.
Another feature in this release makes it easy for you to share Renewal Check-In Notes to any Product Adoption on an Account. You can now select to automatically apply Check-In Notes to each related Product Adoption, saving time and reducing human error. Using the Check-In process on the Account object, add your notes once and select all the desired Product Adoptions where you wish to apply these notes. The notes will appear in the Activity Timeline on each Product Adoption object you choose.
Additional Updates and Fixes
🪲We've corrected an issue when opening the slide-over details on the Product Heatmap.
🪲 POCs now display appropriately from within the new Opportunity Details layout.
🪲We've corrected an issue with Task Type incorrectly updating when using the board layout to drag and drop Tasks to update the Status.
🪲When using a mobile device, the link to My Product Adoptions now correctly appears in the navigation menu.
