Filter Controls for PnP 2.0 Conversion Tasks
Are you looking for Accounts still using legacy products? Conversion Type Tasks are assigned to you based on ownership or team membership. Target and tackle these Accounts by building a custom views to gain quick visibility of these Conversion Tasks. Use the newly added Filter Controls:
Task Communication Status
Conversion Status
When a Task is related to an Account you may also filter for the Account Owner, SE Owner, and CSR Owner.
Improved Opportunity List View
Helper is introducing a richer design to better highlight critical information and group data about Opportunities more effectively as part of a series of improvements to list layouts. Future updates will bring similar improvements to other list views, with our next target as My Product Adoptions.
We've included more vital information for quick reference, including the last date Recent Notes and Next Steps were updated, the Implementation Strategy and Region. But you'll notice commonly used information such as Stage, Tech Close Status, Close Date, ACV values, and Products are prominently visible from within the list view.
Along with the existing badges, the new color-coded Health Bar makes Opportunities needing additional attention stand out more. Opportunities you should check into will be flagged with red or yellow based on the criticality of each No Implementation Plan, No Services Attached, and Stale badge. If you have multiple badges, the color coding defaults to the most critical.

Enhanced Product Heatmaps
We've updated the structure of Product heatmaps to align with the PnP 2.0 Products and provide a more detailed gradient representing Purchased, Included in Pipeline, and Quoted in Pipeline.
Clicking within the boxes will total the Opportunities by products and display color-coded labels to match the heatmap gradients for easy status identification.
Additional Updates and Fixes
⚒️ When searching Check-In Attachments, only attachments added during creation of a Renewal Check-In will now display.
🪲We've updated and corrected a few filtering and display issues with the My POC view.
🪲We've corrected an issue occurring when selecting an Account Representative under the My Settings for Accounts.
