PnP 2.0 Conversion Tasks
We've worked with the Customer Success team to create automation to assist with tracking the conversion of Accounts to PnP 2.0 Portfolio Products. As the end of life for PnP 1.0 approaches, conversations need to be held with some existing customers and new prospects regarding the licenses they can renew or purchase. To assist with tracking the progress of reaching out to the necessary Accounts, we've developed an automated Task workflow. The goal is to help see Accounts where you need to engage and track the process of converting to PnP 2.0 Portfolio Products. Here is a quick breakdown of the workflow:
Between now and July 31st, batches of Tasks will be created against certain Accounts which have been identified as needing contact.
The CSSEs responsible for those Accounts are assigned to the Tasks.
These new Tasks will show up in Helper and can be edited by their owners to track the conversations related to transitioning to PnP 2.0 for the selected Accounts.
The goal is to complete all these tasks by or just after the PnP 1.0 EoS deadline.
For more information about the specifics of these Tasks, contact the CSSE involved. They will be the primary drivers of this process.
Customer Facing Check-Ins
A new field is available when creating or editing Renewal Check-Ins in Helper. In the modal, you can now specify whether a Renewal Check-In was Customer-Facing or not. The selected value is also shown in the list view.
Filters and Views Available for My POCs
Custom views and saved filters are now available for My POCs. The initial default view displays all Open POCs. Save the most commonly used filters by creating custom views and quickly reapply in the future. Filter by POC Type, Duration, and POC Status. Click here for the complete list of filter parameters.
Additional Fixes and Updates
🪲We've fixed links to the RX Reservation Management System accessed through My POC.
🪲We've corrected a validation issue within the Implementation Plan Strategy preventing users from being able to save the Opportunity.
