Release Notes 2024.01

This January, we've been working hard to clean up code and complete behind-the-scene technical debts to keep Helper lean and fit! But with the new year also comes a few new Helper features! ๐ŸŽ‰Welcome to 2024!๐ŸŽ‰ We're ready to do big things this year!

Amber

NC2 Product Adoption Tracking Improvements

Our NC2 specialists have started using Product Adoptions in Helper as part of their workflows. Unfortunately, Salesforce does not currently track consumption related to NC2 automatically. To help streamline the current manual tracking process of adoption and consumption related to NC2, we've introduced some changes specific to NC2 Product Adoption objects.

We've added the ability to manually update the Nodes Purchased and Nodes Activated quantities on the Product Adoption record to help track these values across customer engagements.

There will be further improvements to this process in the future, and our team is already busy collaborating with others to lay the groundwork for those improvements. We look forward to sharing those with you in the future!

Additional Fixes and Updates

  • We've updated some labels for fields related to Opportunities to better match changes in Salesforce.

  • Implementation Plan Reports now properly exclude Opportunities where the Products Included in the Deal field is "No Software."

  • We've fixed the sub-headings on My Accounts, My Opportunities, and My Product Adoptions to reflect the correct scoping method set by the user.

  • In the My Team View, we fixed an issue where data was not updating for particular tabs when switching between direct reports.

  • The Workload Heatmap modal no longer unexpectedly closes when adding or editing information.

  • We corrected an issue preventing NDB Product Adoptions from displaying properly using the Portfolio Products scoping strategy.

  • Updated the Portfolio Products scoping strategy to include some legacy products, such as Prism and Files, to show a more complete picture.
