The In-App Messenger
Our preferred method is to use the In-App messenger that we've implemented directly within Helper. While you're logged in, click on the Messenger icon located in the bottom right corner. Shoot us a message as soon as you find a bug, have a question, or think of a great suggestion. We'll be constantly updating and adding to our library of Help articles. However, please don't hesitate to let us know about areas that need improvement. And find out what's new under the News tab!
Additionally, if you encounter an error, Helper will guide you in creating a ticket for the team. These tickets are tracked in Intercom, and you'll have total visibility of the status within the in-app support tool.
You'll be prompted to describe what you were doing when the problem occurred, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Be as descriptive as possible and provide the level of severity before clicking on Submit Bug Ticket.
The #Helper-tool Slack Channel
We will continue to monitor our existing #helper-tool Slack channel. Slack has been a standard method of communication for a while, and we will continue to reply to any posts within this channel.
