New updates to Field Lens, along with a few other enhancements and fixes, just launched in Helper. We want to thank everyone for their continued feedback on the ongoing Field Lens project. We've been able to add some of this feedback fairly fast. Please keep suggestions coming by using the in-app support tool and the #helper-tool Slack channel. 😊
Focus, Filter, and Flourish: Field Lens Gets a Sharper View on Your Best Ideas
You can now quickly find your Field Lens entries and the requests you've boosted.
First, an ownership column, called Request Creator, and the ability to quickly filter by the creator have been added. This new column will help you view the status of your Field Lens entries more easily.
Second, the new My Boosts filter button will show you all the entries you've boosted. This button is a great way to get updates on all of the Field Lens entries you've said are most important to your customers, not just your entries.
Notice that the ability to expand the Field Lens requests is now on the left, and you can use it to view details on boosting and feedback from the Technical Alliance Team. That's right, now the Technical Alliance team can send feedback to your Field Lens entries to enhance the communication loop!
Product Enhancement BETA: Skip the Line with New Requests
We’re trialing a streamlined submission flow for our EMEA Product Enhancement Beta. No more waiting behind approval queues—your feedback now goes live the moment you hit "Submit."
How it works: Click New Request > Select Account > Select Product Enhancement.
What’s new: Provide your product and business justification, and your request will populate in the Field Lens table immediately.
The Result: Your ideas are ready for boosting the second you’ve finished writing them.

Additional Fixes and Updates
🐛 We've corrected an issue where updates to Workloads required a screen refresh to display.
🐛 An issue with POCs displaying within the Account Details has been corrected.
🐛 Fixed an issue where sometimes the ID string was being rendered instead of a name in certain fields.
🛠️ Japanese characters are now supported within Attachment file names.
🛠️ Added the Storage Platform required field to the Opportunity details page.
