Release Notes 2025.12

Learn what's new in this December Release of Helper.

As we wrap up 2025, we’re thrilled to bring you one final Helper release—featuring a brand-new report and some exciting updates. And trust us, 2026 has even more in store! From all of us on the Helper Team, wishing you a joyful holiday season and a fantastic New Year ahead.

HPOC Activity Report

A new report in Helper is now available showing SE Managers their team's HPOC activity. Before 1:1s, QBRs, or Manager meetings, check this report to see how the HPOC is used to run Bootcamps or POCs, which workloads are being deployed, and reservation durations. Status Cards at the top of the HPOC Activity Report display quick totals, including:

  • Total Reservations for the team and selected time range

  • Total Clusters Reserved for the team and selected time range

  • Total Reservation Hours for the team and selected time range

  • Average Reservation Time for the team and selected time range

  • Reason Breakdown for the team and selected time range

Set the Date Range, and watch the Status Cards update and the reservation rows. Use the Filter to pull out specific Account, Opportunity, or User information. We're asking SE Managers and Directors to try this report and provide feedback using the in-app support tool. Tell us about any other HPOC statistics you might find helpful!

Field Lens Updates

The first ISV Validation delivery was completed this week. To see which third-party application was marked as Delivered, you can open the Request History table in Field Lens and sort the requests by Status.

In addition, we've made it easier to create a new SE Support Case from the Field Lens dashboard. Now, when you click the "New SE Support Case" button, we'll pre-fill some of the form fields for the Support Case based on the request type you select from the prompt.

We've heard your feedback about the current process flow for Field Lens requests. Thank you all for engaging in the new process. Keep an eye out for coming improvements that should help reduce the friction and make things a bit more intuitive.
