Release Notes 2025.10.29

The October Release of Helper has arrived, learn what's new this month.

Today's release brings a quality-of-life improvement to Task management in Helper. When creating a new Task, you'll find we've added the ability to select multiple Accounts for the Related To field. This feature aims to reduce duplicate manual effort when tracking activities across multiple customers.

Clicking Save after selecting more than one Account will trigger the creation of identical Task objects across each of the chosen Accounts. These newly created Tasks can be managed just like any other Task, and updates to one will not affect the others. Try it out using the My Tasks view today!


The Channel Notes field has been added to the Details tab on the Opportunity Detail view. Use this new field to quickly update any notes that pertain to Channel activity for a given Opportunity.


The Check-Ins tab on the Account Detail view has gotten a makeover! Now the experience is more consistent with the other places in the app where you can see and manage Check-Ins.

In addition to these new features and improvements, we've fixed a few bugs and done some behind-the-scenes work to prepare for a brand-new feature announced at the most recent SE All-Hands: Field Lens! Stay tuned to learn more about this exciting new way to advocate for your customers inside Helper.

We're also working on a new way to see HPOC activity across your team directly in Helper. A beta test of this feature will be underway soon for a select group of managers. Look forward to hearing more in the coming weeks!
