Release Notes 2025.09.29

This September, Helper has updated Check-In features.

This release primarily features behind-the-scenes updates that advance future features. However, we have also included the first iteration of Check-Ins for Managers and one new My Check-In time-saving function.

Updates for Quarterly Technical Reviews

A New Check-Ins Tab Under the My Team View

Calling all SE Managers! We've added the first iteration of a new Check-Ins tab under the My Team view to help you review the Quarterly Technical Reviews of your direct reports or entire teams. We would appreciate your feedback to ensure this view provides you with everything you need to visualize the business within the quarter.

Currently, we're showing status cards to quickly summarize:

  • Total Check-Ins with color-coded Status indicators for the current quarter

  • Check-Ins completed within the current quarter

  • Total count of unique Accounts within the current quarter

  • Total count of Workloads updated within the current quarter

And as with the My Check-In table, you can filter and sort individual Check-In objects using the funnel and arrow icons within the column headers. You may also drill down into each Check-In or Account object for more details by clicking on the linked names.

View Check-Ins for an individual.

Or gain insight by viewing Check-Ins for your entire team! See how your team is progressing through the quarter to update those Workloads. Ensure Accounts are being contacted with the appropriate cadence.

Add New Check-In Button

As our efforts to enhance the Quarterly Technical Review process continue, we've added another update in this release. You no longer have to pull up an Account to add a new Check-in. We've included the "Add New Check-In" button in the My Check-In view for this release. Now you can view, edit, and add Check-Ins from one central location.

Coming Soon

As this release primarily prepares Helper for future features, we wanted to give you a general idea of what's to come in future releases.

  • We're working with SE Support and the Nutanix Product Manager to develop a new process for Field SEs to indicate the impact that missing functionality and integration with third-party apps have on their ability to win/close Opportunities.

  • Research and planning are now underway to enhance the My Teams view. Again, we've added the ability to view Check-Ins for an entire team and would love to hear your feedback on how we could enhance the entire My Teams view.

  • We're also exploring the option of updating the Helper Dashboard to display the most impactful information more quickly.

If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact us using the in-app support tool or the #helper-tool Slack channel.
