Release Notes 2025.08

Learn what's new in Helper this August.

We're iterating fast to help with your Quarterly Technical Reviews. This month, we've introduced a new view centered around the Check-In feature, and we've updated the My Account List, Details, and Workload Heatmap to help you quickly locate the accounts you need to contact.

My Check-Ins View

We're excited to announce a new view created just for your Check-Ins! You don't have to go into a specific Account or Opportunity to view Check-In objects.

Display all Check-Ins, owned by you, directly from the navigation sidebar using My Check-Ins.

This view will show you all Standard, Technical, and Renewal Check-Ins owned by you, with the ability to filter on Status and sort each column. Click on the name to edit the Check-In quickly. There'll be more to come in the near future, including the ability to add new Check-Ins from this view, but in the meantime, you'll no longer have to drill down into Accounts and Opportunities to update your Check-Ins.

Added Visibility of the Last Quarterly Technical Review

When a Quarterly Technical Review is completed in Helper, we now display the date from the most recent Check-In object on the My Accounts List and the Account Details. When scrolling through your list of Accounts, you can see which Accounts have been contacted recently.

Or, using the Filter Options, you can now sort Accounts by the last Quarterly Technical Review dates. This makes it easier to see which Accounts have recently been contacted, and which you need to contact soon.

When viewing the Workload Heatmap for all Accounts, you can also see the last time a Workload was updated for that Account.
