Release Notes 2025.07

Check out the latest changes to Helper this July.

This month brings a couple of new features, including a new way to view your Technical Check-Ins directly on the dashboard and a method to help report issues directly inside the app.

Quarterly Technical Review / Check-In Widget

We've added a new feature to the Helper dashboard page! When you log in, you'll see a widget on the right side of the dashboard that contains a list of open Technical Check-In objects related to you.

This list shows you a quick view of the Status, Check-In Date, and Attachments for a given Technical Check-In. When it's time to sit down with your customer to complete your Quarterly Technical Review, click on the item in the list, and you'll be taken directly to the Check-In Details page.

Check-Ins that are past the selected Check-In Date but have not yet been completed will highlight the date in red. Additionally, you can click the toggle to show Check-Ins that were completed in the past.

In-App Bug Reports

From time to time, you may encounter issues while using Helper. Instead of suffering in silence, we've provided a way for you to report issues as they happen! If you happen across an error, you may see this new interface appear.

You can help us out by answering a few quick questions and then clicking the Submit button. Your responses, along with some auto-generated context about what was happening at the time of the report, are sent to our server, and a ticket is opened automatically. This will help us track down bugs that are underreported and give us the information we need to squash them!

Note: The bug tickets are created internally. We will only follow up with you directly about your bug report if you request that we do so.
