Learn about the new features and improvements added to Helper in June.

June brings two significant updates to Helper, including a new Opportunity Table Layout and major SE Support Cases workflow updates.

Update Multiple Opportunities on the Same Window

We've added a new Table layout for the My Opportunities view. Use this layout to display and update multiple Opportunities without navigating around and opening many tabs. Use the filter controls and custom views to show Opportunities where the Recent Notes haven't been updated in over 2 weeks, then go through line by line quickly applying your notes! Or, pull up a list of Opportunities that need Implementation Plans and quickly update them by clicking the icon in the Imp Plan column.

Fields that can be updated using this new layout include:

  • Tech Close Status: Click on the bar to increase or decrease the percent complete, as long as the Opportunity is not closed.

  • Implementation Plans: Quickly see which Opps need your attention. Orange icons indicate a plan is required, but you haven't yet provided one; you must add your plan by Stage 5. Click on the icon to open a popover where you can enter the necessary info, then click Save.

  • Recent Notes and Next Steps: Clicking either icon opens a text box allowing text, Date, and Time stamps to be entered, then click Save.

  • BOM Attached: Click the icon to toggle the indicator displaying a check mark if there is a BOM associated with this Opportunity and an X if none exists.

In the future, we plan to include an option to quickly assign yourself or one of your direct reports as the owner of an Opportunity. We also want to hear from the SE community what other fields would be most helpful in the table view. Tell us your thoughts in the in-app support tool!

Updated SE Support Case Workflow

Helper now aligns with the Salesforce SE Support Case Workflow. We've updated Helper to include all the SE Support Case functionality possible in Salesforce on one page. Navigate to an Account or Opportunity under the Cases tab and use the New button to launch the redesigned Helper SE Support Case form. This single, simple-to-use form lets you quickly engage the SE Support Engineers for assistance with the newly added abilities to request Nutanix product enhancements, request 3rd party AHV App validations, help re-foundationing a POC unit, request help with NFR licenses, and Customer Success Support. Additional Updates and Fixes

πŸͺ² We've fixed an issue where the checkboxes for Product Adoption stage-specific questions were not working as expected.

πŸͺ² We've also corrected an issue that would prevent the user from opening a cell within the Workload Heatmap if the Workload was missing a Status.
