Release Notes 2025.04

Learn what is new in Helper this April.

To align with our increased focus on understanding our top Accounts, we've updated the Workload Heatmaps and added new functionality to make it easy to conduct technical check-ins with your customers.

Manage and Update Technical Check-Ins with Ease

Once you've worked with your team to identify Accounts with opportunity to expand, we've implemented a new Technical Check-In process to help you manage and track your conversations with customers. The Technical Check-In is a series of quick questions designed to help gather insights about potential expansion opportunities in your top Accounts.

Use the Helper to filter and find Accounts under 'My Accounts', or use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly access a specific account.

On the Account Detail view, click the Check-Ins tab to view any existing Check-Ins for the Account. Start a Technical Check-in to manage the process of scheduling the call, conducting your due diligence beforehand, and recording the information gathered during the Check-In. Click the pencil icon on a Check-In to edit it and pick up where you left off.

Helper presents a new interface that will show you supporting information about the Account to help you answer questions quickly and accurately. We also provide a way for you to update related objects outside of the Technical Check-In, such as the Workload Heatmap, without having to switch between different tabs. Ensure that you leverage the Next Steps and Notes fields to capture information gathered during your discussions. You can also attach any helpful resources, such as slide decks or documents that were part of your Check-In, for future reference.

Fewer Clicks Needed to Update the Workload Heatmap

Create and edit a workload by clicking inside a cell on the heatmap. When adding new workload data, click inside a blank cell to launch the sidebar and fill out all the information on the right. Then, click 'Save'.

When editing, the sidebar displays other workloads on the left side. Selecting one will allow you to update the data related to that workload. You can also create a new workload by clicking the "New Workload" button at the top of the list. Don't forget to click 'Save' at the bottom when you're complete! Once you've saved your changes, you'll see them reflected in the Workload Heatmap immediately.
