Release Notes 2025.03

Learn what's new in Helper this March!

We have a few Helper improvements to update everyone on regarding Workload Heatmaps, Implementation Plans, and the POC Audit.

Continuing Improvements to the Workload Heatmap

If you've not seen the SE Newsletter sent out Monday, March 24th, Mike Phelan put out a call to action to take a few minutes, each quarter, to update your Workloads. The Helper team continues to improve Helper to assist in meeting this goal. If you haven't yet watched the video, check it out now.

We've made updating and creating Workloads easier. The most recently updated Workload of a particular type is accessible by clicking the corresponding colored square in the Workload Heatmap. Click an empty square to create a new Workload.

While in the Account Details view, you can still use the existing Workloads tab, or you can use the Workload Heatmap view to manage Workloads for that specific Account. We'll be rolling out improvements to this process very soon, so keep an eye on our release notes for more info!

Solution Verified

The Solution Verified checkbox has been added to the Implementation Plan section of the Opportunity Detail view. SE Managers can use this checkbox to verify that they have reviewed and approved the Implementation Plan outlined for that Opportunity.

Consider verification as a second set of eyes checking to ensure every detail has been thoughtfully reviewed. You can move forward through the sales cycle knowing your customer has an Implementation Strategy that will best ensure their success in adopting and renewing our products!

POC Reassignment Notifications

Due to the nature of the POC Audit and the integrity of the data available in Salesforce, it is sometimes necessary to reassign POCs as part of the Audit process. If an admin reassigns POCs, Helper will send an email notification to the involved parties explaining the changes and instructions on accessing those POCs inside of Helper.

Additional Updates and Fixes

πŸ› οΈ Improvements have been made to some scenarios where errors were not being properly communicated to users. If you encounter errors in the wild, feel free to send us a screenshot using the in-app support tool!
